Low running costs
Wishlist is intentionally small and focused: lists, links, claiming, and sharing. That keeps infrastructure costs manageable while the community is small.
Simple pricing
Short answer: it does not need to right now. Wishlist has a low user count and low operating costs, so we can self-fund it for the foreseeable future.
If we explore revenue later, your account will always remain free for all features that are available today.
Wishlist is intentionally small and focused: lists, links, claiming, and sharing. That keeps infrastructure costs manageable while the community is small.
Because costs are currently modest, we can cover them ourselves rather than asking users to pay before the product needs it.
In the future we may consider ways to support the service, such as optional paid extras, sponsorship, or other non-disruptive revenue.
We will not take away the current free Wishlist experience from existing accounts. If new paid options are introduced, they should be optional and additive.
